The Monthly Basic Plan contains around 60 meals. You can use it for weight loss or as part of a healthier daily lifestyle.
To make the shake, add two scoops (26g) of powder to 300ml of iced water or skim milk. You can also use almond milk, soy milk or other milk alternatives.
Add one small scoop (10-15g) of Personalised Protein Powder to the shake.
Mix one teaspoon of Herbalife Tea with 250ml of hot or cold water, according to taste.
Take 2x Fibre & Herb tablets before every main meal (6 per day).
